They’re similar to focus groups ... but designed just for your operations, broader in scope and more flexible. These sessions are engaging ... and, dare we say, fun. BrandFunction “Think Tanks” involve gathering people who are your customers, your clients, your suppliers, your managers, operators from other businesses and so on. The size varies, but typically sessions are about 15 people or so to keep things cohesive and fast-paced.

As experienced professionals, we know what questions to ask. And we’re not shy about asking them. “Dumb” questions your own managers or staff may be reluctant to ask (often understandably) are open game in these sessions. We question everything ... and we listen carefully. In so doing, we determine how we can help each department of your business perform optimally.

We set up the entire session: we work with you to establish the framework, the questions and the direction of the session. We invite the potential attendees. We supply the material for the event. We arrange space and refreshments for the event. We run the event and serve as a “guide.” We recap the entire session and our collective findings and present them to you in actionable terms.
