Think-Tanks - We use a proprietary “think tank” program. This is like a focus group ... but more flexible and involved. We believe the best ideas can (and do) come from all over the board. We’re not interested in winning awards for our creativity. We’re interested in finding the best solutions for your business. In our Think-Tanks, we invite customers, clients, staff, management, people from other businesses and so on. We intentionally want a diverse, well-rounded group of people. And the winning idea does not need to be ours. It needs to be the best one we uncover ... from whatever source or person.

Marketing - If you’re looking for tactical, no nonsense marketing with a fresh spin, BrandFunction is the answer. Keeping true to the BrandFunction philosophy, our marketing services are straightforward ... and designed with the sole purpose of benefitting your business in key ways. We’re focused on big picture issues ... with just as much of an eye on all important details. And whatever programs we develop, we believe cost controls are imperative. As such, we are extraordinarily careful about the decisions that are made. We know every penny counts.

Training - We offer a full scope of custom-designed training programs. From your front-line personnel to marketing to customer service to sales, we can help you institute new programs that get your business on track. Our training is different. It is not a cookie-cutter training with canned formulas. Instead, we work with you to determine the exact needs, the exact challenges and the best approach to making things happen. We develop a plan ... and then we execute on it. And we do that in a very hands-on, practical way. This is not training that involves lots of talk and theory. Our focus is action.

Retreats - When it comes time to get away from the office for some R&R--and for some serious reflecting and planning--turn to BrandFunction to help plan and run your retreat. From planning the location and the associated details to arranging the itinerary and running break-out sessions, we can put your entire retreat together for you. And, we facilitate the retreat, bringing a fresh, unbiased approach to your getaway. This also allows principals and top management to immerse themselves in the activities ... as opposed to having to try run things themselves. We do the work ... you sit back and watch it all come together. Much like our Think-Tank sessions, our retreats are focused on a true collaborative, open approach. And we have fun. We want to ask questions, generate ideas, propose new programs, keep it fast-paced and get your entire team energized.

Billing - We work on a project or retainer basis. We do not work “by the hour” as we believe that is a gimmicky way to potentially charge clients more. Instead, we believe simplicity is best. As such, our fees are based on a flat project basis or on a set monthly retainer.
